The Gulf Indian School, Kuwait is recognized by the Ministry of Education, Kuwait and is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. It is a member of the 'Council of CBSE Affiliated Schools in the Gulf'. The school was established in 1993. It now has classes from Kindergarten to standard XII. The medium of instruction is English. Hindi is a compulsory second language from class I to class VIII. In classes IX and X French is offered as an optional second language.
